  Room/bedsheets etc are fine, but they have no heating room was cold this December day where outdoors felt like below 10 degrees celcius and they didn't have any portable heaters, also their internet upload speed below 7mbitps is very slow. There is an excellent restaurant nearby called Heybey they have very fast 200mbit upload internet but they are cold too. Macau isn't used to cold weather I guess, should be fine any other warmer time of the year..

  Hotel isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. There’s a bus stop infront that brings you straight to the town area where all the tourists go - but if you’re keen to walk it’ll take you 15-20mins.

  I was living here. The hotel actually clean. However poor staff service is really unfortunate... One of them even mislead me taking bus... Hence i lost my phone because of that... Im running out of time to catch plane... Because i take wrong bus.. staff fault. I ask them to help me report police about lossing property.... But no action.... If you decide to live here... I think the service is bad.. bear in mind.. until now. They dont care about me losing property due staff mistake

  The rooms were refurbished and upto a great standard with comfortable beds and pillows. The room and bathrooms were very clean with amenities and free tea and coffee service. Even though view was not great the locations is only 50MOP and just 15mnts away from Cotai strip. You can take a free shuttle from airport to any of the major hotels in the strip and take a taxi back to hotel if you arrive before your check in time. Or you can direct come to the hotel either way its about 57MOP. The taxi takes HKD too as its 1:1 forex. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast can improve as it didnt have much options but given I stayed during a very busy weekend....compared to what hotels in Cotai cost...this was a great option as travelling to Venetian...City of Dreams...Studio City etc was just 15mnts away in a cab. Drivers understand English so you can easily communicate. A very safe city like HK. Airport to hotel is about 30mnts. All in all..great hotel for the money you pay for a 4 star.

  The hotel is close from the Macau bridge and half an hour from center town by walk. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.
