  Staff are not welcoming in the reception, especially the guards. The doorman will not help you with your luggage and opening the main door. The room is decent and clean. Soft mattress and pillows. The toilet has no bidet but with toiletries and slippers. The room has a safe. There will be bottled water. It has a mini fridge and thermos with instant coffee and creamer. There will be a 10% discount when you order in-room meals. The swimming pool is on the 5th floor. It is a must that you have a swimming head cap without it you must pay 50MOP per head. The housekeeper assigned to the 12th floor did a great job! The room is well kept and we had plentiful supplies of bottled water. The casino is on the first floor. For me, the focus of this hotel is the casino guests and not the hotel guests.

  It is a nice hotel, it is near the airport and near some transportation, I would go back.

  Not a great hotel if you do not smoke. We booked a non-smoking room but were "upgraded" to a smoking room. When we requested to change to a non-smoking room as booked we had to fill out paperwork and it took a while to be ready. The non-smoking room has plenty of signs indicating it is non-smoking, but it still smelled like cigarette smoke and the windows are glued shut presumably to keep air conditioning (and the smell) inside. The location also is not great considering the price, but like everywhere in Macau there is frequent bus service.

  Casa Real is very near from the Ferry Crossing Terminal. So it's really convinient to stay here. Also the staff are nice and helpful. Our compliment to the one of the concierge. His name is Combo. He was very helpful and speak English well. He made our stay more pleasant. While the room also nice with complete amenities.

  What to ask for with this price range. Decent and clean room, was surprised with the room condition, toilet was well maintained without any mold build up and the whole room was clean and tidy!! Believed they had renovated the rooms. Will be staying here again if I'm back to Macau...
