::What a lovely stay at the grand Hyatt Macau. We would definitely stay here again as a family. We booked 3 rooms for our family and stayed here for a couple of nights. Macau is a beautiful city, filled with lots of things to see and do as a traveller. The staff here were very attentive and special shout out to Blair, check in staff who were extremely caring and enthusiastic with our check in experience. The concierge desk were very helpful as well. There are shuttle buses everywhere, we took one to taipa ferry which ran every 10-15 mins, the shuttle services are located on ground 0, which is very easy to locate.

::Staff who assisted us in the check-in process was welcoming. He was well versed and excited to share with us the facilities, good food and exclusive views that Grand Hyatt Macau has to offer. I could sense his passion as a service ambassador of the Hotel Group. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Grand Hyatt. The professionalism and responsiveness of staffs on duty at Mezza9 during my dinner on 28 Jan 2024 exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. Highly recommended!

::Booked the fountain suite room and was told at check in it was upgraded, but it was not upgraded, the room was what I booked, no upgrade was given as a globalist. Other than that, the food and service were pretty decent. Other restaurants inside the hotel were pretty good! Location is great!

::Great location where it is walking distance to all famous hotels like Venetian, Londoner, MGM, Wynn and so on. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Service staff are also very helpful and polite. Concierge was also very passionate when introducing where to visit and the popular eateries in old and new Macau.

::It is a worthwhile hotel experience the hotel staff are very polite and can speak English which is very convenient in the restaurant (buffet area) the bathrooms are so beautiful and they even offer you a self-use towel to wipe your hands after washing your hands. The room is very well cleaned there is even a Bluetooth speaker in each room we got upgraded from a double room to a suite which is amazing the size difference feels like its Disneyland already! Would want to go there again!
