::It was a wonderful experience. People below the age of 21 were not allowed to the casino. The rooms were neat. Went on a business trip. I hope to stay here again on the next visit. Mr.Johnson from the front desk was so helpful, special thanks to him.

::Pathetic response from Hotel staff.. Although hotel is good but they are rude in behave. We booked hotel online with breakfast where set menu or buffet breakfast were not differentiated. They must have veg n non veg option but they are charging extra for vegetarian breakfast. They are just trying to loot the guest in the name of breakfast. Not recommending this hotel. Better to choose alternate option in much better service and cost.

::Stayed in the double queen room. Room is spacious and clean. The baby cot fits between the 2 beds. There are 2 spots to check in. FYI, Diamond Ambassadors are only entities to 1 complementary breakfast ( at level 1, Milan room) additional adults are about 390MOP. What impressed me most is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was very courteous. Considering how massive the property is, the staff were the star. Shout out to Kimmy and Team. Thank you We look forward to returning again.
