  This hotel is perfect in every way!!! it's a resort hotel so it has a different vibe from other hotels in Macau. The staff were friendly, especially Ariel. I can see his passion for work, which will bring the good impact on the guests! I will definitely come back again soon.

  Our stay at the Artyzen was truly a memorable experience. The hotel facilities were absolutely excellent, from the room to the restaurants. The staff were brilliant, friendly and made our stay truly enjoyable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after. The location was also superb - away from the craziness of the casino strip but still close to everything. We had such a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat.

  I love this hotel based on 3 important reasons, 1. No smoking hotel, and you won’t smell any cigarette at all. Because this hotel has no casino (the casino nearby) so there’s no many strangers pass through. 2. Room super nice and clean, even the carpet are so clean. We can let our kids play on the ground. 3. Kids Friendly, there is a kid’s playground (both indoor and outdoor), also because the room is clean, the hygiene is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful for family. If you’re travelling here with family and kids , I will highly recommend it here.

  Impeccable service and attention to details. Hotel staff were very helpful and I was able to give my sister a sweet and delicious birthday surprise, courtesy from the hotel. Resort and spa are welcome addition. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were able to get around to the various hotels via shuttle buses at Sands hotel next door. Also very close to all the local eateries and stores.

  A good five-star hotel, not too expensive for a five-star hotel too. For some reason, during Christmas Macau was empty, so maybe that's why it was cheaper than usual? Staff were helpful, though I did not find an AC remote in the room. The other supplies were fine and the room interior was pleasant, as was hotel's design.
