  Our experience at Okura Hotel in Macau was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we arrived. The warm and fabulous welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay. The staff at Okura Hotel were not just excellent; they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued throughout our visit. The rooms at Okura Hotel deserve special mention for being top-notch in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. We were impressed by the luxurious decor, the attention to detail, and the overall ambiance of the rooms. It was truly a relaxing and comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring Macau. In conclusion, Okura Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The combination of friendly and helpful staff, along with the impeccable rooms, made our stay truly memorable.   My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura in Macau, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The staff, with their warmth and genuine hospitality, made our experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service from all staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Every member of the team was lovely, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Mini bar was replenished everyday and also loved that it was free. The dedication of the housekeeping staff was evident in the immaculate attention to detail in our room. We were greeted with a fresh fruit platter at the end of each night, there were also turn down services provided every afternoon. It was the little touches that made a big difference. Hotel Okura in Macau is a gem where every aspect, from service to amenities, is carefully curated to provide an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning for another delightful stay. Special thanks to Allyson and Adee for making this stay so special for my partner and I.

  We picked this hotel to celebrate our 25th year anniversary with our children. Prior to arrival, we were already very impressed by the meticulous service rendered by both their Reservation & Concierge teams. They went above and beyond when responding to our queries like popular local Chinese restaurants, etc. The team responded with details like opening hours, and even signature dishes to order! It's something that we were so impressed that we almost wanted to write a TripAdvisor review even before our trip! Nonetheless, we decided to hold back to see if that was due to Artificial Intelligence at work. Upon arrival at the Macau Terminal, we were greeted by a friendly lady with umbrella who ushered us into the hotel coach via the VIP queue (probably she saw us with 2 kids and 4 large luggages). At the check in counter, Arah was both friendly and professional. She liftened our spirits and helped to put the first tick to our 2N stay. Shaq was helpful with the luggages and photo-takings in our room. The boys like his name and asked if he likes basketball too. Many thanks for Brittany and the team for decorating our room. You made this occasion special! The boys love the balloons and the cheese cake too! Throughout our 3D2N stay, we also appreciate Jojo and her team for taking good care of us by ensuring that our amenities were topped up adequately and regularly. We will surely look for you again in our next stay. Please lookout for Mia, the lady in Kimono. She patiently keeps our little one occupied by acceding to his request and taught him how to fold the paper crane origami. We were impressed! Last but not least, we are most grateful to Edith (Concierge Manager) who really went beyond and over the moon for us! On our first night, she made recommendation and reservations for our yummy porridge dinner at 贏到粥. Due to the peak hour traffic, she even assisted to arrange transport for us so that the boys are not starved! In addition, she also helped to order local delights from 最香餅家to be delivered to our hotel in Hong Kong for us to bring back home to our families and friends. She did not stop just there but extended her help by expediting the delivery and took the initiative to liaise with the Concierge team in Shangri-La to ensure that their team is aware too. Our family is totally blown away by such warmth and passionate pursuit of delighting guests! Your hospitality not only made our anniversary special but our stay a memorable one too! We will certainly come back to Macau again for you!

  One of the great stay with Hotel Okura. All the staffs were so professional and friendly. Stayed for two nights. Staff named, Zed welcomed, guided from cab/taxi to the reception and helped to checked into the hotel. Receptionist was friendly and very easy to check-in too. Zed guided us to the room and showed the room with the foods and functions of the different buttons available in the room. Every staffs were very attentive, cleanliness was on the spot. Well, second day was my girlfriend's birthday. I did inform them before hand regarding with the birthday. They managed to surprise me and my girlfriend. Shoutout to Brittany to setup and decorate the room with a huge cute surprise. Had breakfast in the ground floor on the last day. Server name was Allan. Great heart warm welcoming and guided us with different selections of Japanese food and beverages. Really enjoyed the dine in breakfast. To conclude, it was a great stay at Okura Hotel. It's gonna be the memorial. Keep up the great work Team Okura and hope to meet you all team in the next visit.   Although the hotel and complex is old, the appearance still looks good. We had a faulty blow dryer that they failed to repair, but other than that, everything worked well and the rooms were modernized and well appointed with large TV, USB ports, and free minibar. The gym and pool were not popular but were excellent. Hours of operation though were limited, 9 to 9. We also used the grand deck waterpark. Be aware that it is free only for two adults per room (and kids under 12). If you have kids over 12, you will need to pay extra. The grand deck was very busy and it is hard not to avoid bumping into others, so be forewarned. The grand deck is better for families with younger kids. If your kids are older, try the MGM waterpark with more water rides.
