  Worst Hotel Ever😑😩 Food- 🤮 and have to wait an hour to deliver and it is chinse food . 🥱 Room -small & stinky 😔😐🫣 Reception- 😑👎👎 they gve us disaster room. Clogged Toilet and the room is under maintenance we have to wait for an hour to fix. But Thanks thy let us moved to other room. ! But still The worst Hotel in the city. Poor service.🤧🤧

  It's a convenient and nice hotel. The price was worth it. The room they gave us is nice, yet they're some noises like the construction sites. Their breakfast is good. It also has shopping malls nearby, and my favorite fast food restaurant, Jollibee. Some staff members can't speak English, but at least we had a staff that speaks English, and Filipino as well. The atmosphere is great, their service is fast, and they cleaned our room fast. This is a good recommendation for the tourist that if you want to shop nearby like the New YaoHan department store.😁

  Convenient location for Macao visitors to check out the city and enjoy some shopping. The breakfast restaurant at the ground floor is average and could have done a better job in the service department. They were lacking in customer service and it felt like you owe them a favor for being there. The hotel in general is well-decorated and deserves to be considered a 4-star hotel for its cleanliness and the lobby staff service. They are very welcoming and considers the needs of their guests. Decent place if you are looking for something practical and not extravagance.

  Its a very convenient hotel.its clean and cozy. Its near all shops , casinos, tourist attractions, banks, etc. Its also near bus stops and its just alomg the road. One can save a lot if you will be touring around this area of Macau. Hotel price is ok..
