::Western and Eastern crossover is very common in Macau. Here are two statues, Sun Yat-Sen and Ricci. They all located in Macau. Ricci statue is near Macau Museum. Sun Yat-Sen statue is near Kiang Wu Hospital. Sun Yat-Sen statue built in 1986, and Ricci statue built in 2010. I guess the materials of these two statues are the same, because the color are all copper. The most different point is that Sun Yat-Sen is a Chinese. He is a doctor. In contrast, Ricci is a Italian, he is a missionary. The similar points are they come Macau and do something that affect Macau. Sun Yat-Sen come Macau in 1892. He worked in Kiang Wu Hospital. His excellent medicine skill, opened pharmacy and present medicine for people for free. Ricci come Macau in 1582. He preached in Macau. He accepted and learned everything about Chinese. Then let more Chinese know about God. About the statues, Althought they are wearing different clothes, there has a smiliar point, is that they wear the different culture clothes, and it is not the culture of themselves. Ricci wears a confucian scholar clothes, right hand holding a writing brush, left hand holding a book. He just like a confucianism. On the other hand, Sun Yat-Sen is wearing a suit, just like a foreign. I think they both have their characteristic. And because of things that put on them, that make a crossover with Western and Eastern.
