  Lovely place great hospitality, very nice hotel with all amenities. Had a great stay, would say that after spending a night at Venetian, which was like a factory. The Holiday Inn Cotai central was such warm hotel to be in, it had a personal touch and was managed like a true hotel should be managed and not like an assembly line. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay. I would certainly recommend the Holiday Inn Cotai Central to anyone visiting Macau.

  Clean and nice room. Good sleep with soft pillows. But took a long time for check in, a lot of guests. The shuttle bus from airport sent at hotel front.

  Not expensive hotel. Rooms are average, but clean. Spent a lot of time to line up for check-in, suggesting to get their membership fron Internet to avoid long lines.

  Easy and super quick check-in check-out with super best location to any kind of shows at Macau. And suoer important is you pay less then another hotels..

  We liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many good restaurants nearby. Will stay again.
