::Quick, fresh, and filling! Ordered the egg & scallion cheung fun and it was so soft and bouncy. Homemade hot chili garlic sauce, red (less spicy) chili sauce, sesame sauce, hoisin, and soy sauce are available on the table for you to put on yourself. Only two tables but I went on a Thursday afternoon and there was a table available so didn’t have to wait. Great snack!

::Friendly Boss with highly recommended food! Atmosphere is the typical Hongkong eatery feel where it's squeeze due to lack of space. But the Food totally makes up for it, recommended to have the egg fen chang & truffle fen chang!
